can one take the maglev from Pudong airport to Shanghai rail station?Are there any transfers involved?  How much time does it take?

The Maglev train just travel from from Pudong airport to Longyang Road, then you need to make transit. You can take subway line 2 from Longyang road to People's Square and then take subway line 1 to Shanghai Railway Station. It is hard to see the duration time since you need time to make the transit. Well, the airport shuttle bus line 5 can directly take you from the airport to the trian station.
