About:Chinese Cloisonne (Jing Tai Lan)

I have a made in china pedestal bowl stamped on the bottom and also the number 18 in a circle. The bowl seems to be made of porcelain and has a cloisonne finish basically floral. There are 3 circles on the bottom of the bowl with scenes of birds flying and a beautiful scene in the bowl of 2 warriors and a horse with three rice harvesting women. I am trying to figure out the maker and date as well as value? I would appreciate any help.

Hard to say before seeing it in person. You'd better ask an archaeologist to help to value it.
