Hello,I read about a new highway that opened in Jan 2011 linking Quzhou, Huangshan, and Nanping. Supposedly, it will cut travel time between Quzhou and Huangshan to just an hour. Is this true? Are there new bus routes that are using this highway? How has the highway effected prices and travel times? I'd like to travel from Shanghai to Huangshan, and if it's true that the new highway cuts the time between Quzhou and Huangshan to an hour, I'd prefer to take the bullet train from Shanghai to Quzhou and then transfer to a bus. Yes, the expressway from Quzhou to Huangshan has been put into use since the end of Jan, 2011. The journey will take you about 1.5 hours at present.
