About:China Consulate in Houston

I am a Florida resident currently residing on Okinawa, Japan. I need to get a multi entry visa for China but I don't know anyone in Houston and it is not cost effective for me to fly back. Are there any companies in Houston that offer a drop off & pick up service?

You can try to apply for China visa from Consulate General of China in Fukuoka in this case, providing your valid Japan visa or residence permit.
