About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Bus to Nearby Cities

Hi I will be arriving at pudong airport after 11pm. Will Maglev still be running? or shuttle bus? Or what is the best way to get to Guangdong Rd, Huangpu? Cost?

The Maglev will not operate at that time. You can take the airport shuttle bus night line to the city center. Then catch a taxi to Guangdong Road.
