About:China Postal Service

Hello,
I bought an item from China back in early December (December 3 to be exact), and it was shipped (via Airmail) on the 6th. I have gotten a tracking number, but the status of it has not updated in soon-to-be two months. On the USPS tracking, it still says "Origin post is preparing shipment".
The eBay "estimated delivery" dates have well since past.
I have contacted the (eBay) seller twice now, and she has done nothing to help. I have also contacted USPS about this issue, and they also didn't do a thing.
My tracking number is RR945410019CN.
Please help me. I'm very worried my item has been lost in the mail or even stopped at customs. (I don't know why they would stop it, it's only a wig. Gosh...)

I got that the status of your parcel was 'departure from outward office of exchange' on Dec. 9. You should have received it now, contact USPS again to get the truth. Or you may ask the seller who posted the parcel to offer some help.
