hi!im going to hong kong in may for 1 week. any suggestions to where is the best area to shop for high end designer boutique eg. chanel, LV, Armani etc. That way it would be easier to book our accommodation. Also, in the month of May, what fashion season will the shops be bringing? would it be on sale during that time? kind regards

I think citygate outlets near HKIA is a good place for chanel, LV, Armani etc. In May, summer clothes will be on fashion.

I don't think there will be intensive sale during may... crazy sale normally happens in july-august... Citygate offers some off-season branded fashions at outlet prices such as Coach and DKNY, but sorry LV is not there.If you prefer high end designer products, there are almost everywhere in hong kong, especially in tsim sha tsui area, causeway bay area and also central. LV is also located in these 3 areas.
