About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I am due to arrive at terminal two en route to the UK. I am travelling with my four month old baby and have a 5 and a half hour wait until our next flight. I am aware there is an hourly hotel within the airport. My questions are:

what is the hotel called?
can i book it online?
how far is the hotel from international arrivals?
is it within easy walking distance of international arrivals?

A three-star-rated hotel is located on the Transfer Level of the main terminal building. You will need to provide your boarding pass before registering. It is also possible to reserve a room in advance by calling 021-68346490 (for international service).
It is within easy walking distance from the interantional arrival to get there. You can also ask for the airport staff to help you find it.

Thank you for your reply. However I have now been trying the phone number provided for the past two days with no answer. The phone just keeps ringing with no answer.

Can I book a room online at this hotel?

Is there another phone number I can try to reserve a room?
