I will traveling to beijing on march 2011. I will be staying at wang fu jing area. What is the best way to get to summer palace.is it recomended to go to badaling on the same day and how to go? Thanks

Take Beijing subway line 1 from Wangfujing to Gongzhufen, transfer to Bus no. 394 to Summer palace. I think you can go to Badaling on the other day, since it is far away from Urban Beijing.
