About:China Work Visa

Hi, I was working for a school and ended my contract early. I don't plan to travel china afterwards but I do need a few extra days to get out of the country. I am worried that my employer will cancel my visa before I can get out of the country. Is there a grace periode?

If your employer doesn't hold your passport, he can't cancel your visa, please don't worry. Even though he cancels your visa at the local Exit & Enter Department, you will be issued a 10 days L visa which is given for you to pack your luggage and exit China.
