About:Chinese Medicine

is there any record of the role of exercise in medicine in ancient China history? Such as how Galen and Hippocrates both advocated exercise as being important to good health in ancient Rome and Greece. Is there any similar figure in chinese ancient tradition with writings of the same thought? Thank you.

I think Li Shizhen is the representative in China, who tasted thousands of herbal medicine and then editored Compendium of Materia Medica, in which are introduced over 1,500 medicines.
