My wife will be stopping in Guangzhou airport on her way to Nanning with my 3 year old daughter this coming Tuesday, she will be carrying 3 pieces of luggages plus her 2 carry ons.

My question is will there be carts there for her to use to move her luggages around or will there be staff available there to assist her with her luggages?
