Hello!
I am planning to go to Jiuzhaigou during or right after Chinese New Year for around 4/5 days. I would like to see the snowy fairyland as described and shown on some pictures so my question is: is it quite sure that the scenery will be white and snowy in the first half of February or can it be melted down already?
