About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver


Hello,
I need some help. I am a student from china and study in Canada. My passport expired in September 2011 but my study permit is expired in March 2011. I need to renew the study permit but can only be extended to September. Can the consulate renew my passport first. That is to say, I will renew my passport, say February (but the expiring date is September). Can I do this?

yes, you can renew your passport in February at China consulate in vancouver or other China consulate according to consular districts.
