hi!, i will be there in Hong Kong by January 27, Is it going to be sale? or the season sale will start after the Chinese new year? I really want to shop clothings and shoes for men. Where can i buy nice but cheap items?

Most sale always goes on before the Chinese New Year(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/holidays/spring-festival.htm) which means you may meet such a sale in HK before Feb 3. For comparatively cheap clothing, you can go to Mong kok area to buy.
