is lo wu (hk) and luohu in shenzhen the same station?

No， Luohu is in Shenzhen, while Lo Wu is in Hong Kong. There is luohu border between them.

Yes, they are near to each other, it takes about less than 10 minutes to take the east rail line to transfer between them.

it is the same place, hongkong side called louwu,shenzhenside called louhu, infact it is the accent, hongkongside hongkong accent louwu, mainland side louhu, it takes two minuts by walking
