About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

How likely is it that someone would be able to get an extension with a single entry visa? Is it worth booking a return flight that returns after 90 days in China?
I just want to stay 115 days instead of 90, so would I be able to add on another month or is the minimum extension larger than that, like 3 months?

Generally speaking, the maximum of stay duration extension is 30 days, it is possible for you to get another 25 days stay duration after your present single-entry visa with 90 days stay duration.
