About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

Can I visit the lost luggage department in Beijing Capital Airport to find my friend's luggage?

Hello, My colleague travelled from Beijing to Kiev, Ukraine on Jan 9th. Her bag never arrived. Her airline says that they get no reply from the airport services in Beijing. I am still in china and return home next week. Is there somebody I can call about this? Can I visit with the lost lugage department before my flight?

It is located to the north of Gate 15 at 1F in T2. You can go to visit it.
