About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

I'd like to get my Visa back via mail. Is it okay to give them a prepaid envelope when I go there and give them all the documents and passport?

The mail back service is not available at the China consulate in Los Angeles, mailed applications are not acceptable, either, If you cannot come in person, you may entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent to drop off your application at the visa office of the Consulate-General, On or after the pick-up date specified in the receipt, you can pay and pick up your visas or by entrusted persons, travel agencies with the receipt.
