About:China Train Stations

My wife, Sandy, and I are planning a trip to china. Flying into Hong Kong and taking the train to Xi'an and Beijing, then flying back to Los Angeles. I do not see a train directly to Xi'an. How can I get there with very little confusion. Also, is it possible to get to the Yangtzi river easily by train. Thank you.

There are no direct trains from Hong Kong to Xian. You could take the flight MU204 to Xian directly or to Guangzhou first and then take a train to Xian. To the Yangtze River, you could take a train to Chongqing from Xian. For the schedules, you can check on the website.
