My husband is going to work in Shanghai in Feb. 2011 and now gets the working visa. I'm applying for tourist visa. Can I change to dependent spouse visa right after we move to Shanghai and how long does it take?

It is hard to change your tourist visa to dependent visa in Shanghai Exit & Enter Department, you can ask a visa agency to do it for you, but it is expensive. It takes about 1 week
