About:Chinese Holidays

I am considering traveling in China with a friend in early April. It sounds like we would be there for Qingming Festival,. What are the good and bad implications of this? Will things be closed, and will things be crowded? Or wll we see some special things we might enjoy, and in what parts of the country is this holiday more important? Thanks.

Things will not be closed but will be a bit crowded, for Qingming Festival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/holidays/qingming.htm) means three days off. Nothing special to see for this festival. If you want to know about this festival, people now just wear colorful threads on wrists, or other fragrants ornaments.
