About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I work in Korean and my ARC expires May 2nd 2011. I understand that I need to have 6 months validity on my card to enter China.

I would like to travel to Shanghai for Lunar New Year for 5 days. I work in Korean and my ARC expires May 2nd 2011. I understand that I need to have 6 months validity on my card to enter China. Is there any "wiggle" room in the 6 month rule seeing how I am two month short? Thank you.

You may try to submit your application to Chinese consulate in Busan which as far as I know has not put this 6 months rule into action. Check Busan consulate page, there are 10 travel agencies approved by the consulate, you can contact any one of them for visa processing issue.
