About:China Postal Service

I purchased Christmas items Total 400.00 from your country: this is the update: (see Below). I have contacted the Company for over 3 weeks to please track my package, or to get my money back. And they have refused. This is not good business practice. Please track my package and have it sent. This is unacceptable !

It is still in the same status as I check through official website of EMS. leaving for New York (Kennedy) on 2:29, December 20. For the bad weather, shipping is getting harder and slower this year. 11185 is the service hoteline of EMS, you may check. I believe it will arrive soon.
