About:China Consulate in Houston

I need to visit the Houston Consulate to renew my wifes Chinese passport and obtain a visa for myself. We are planning a trip to Houston to make application for both. Does the Houston consulate still have mail-back service for both passports and visas?

Mail-back service is not applicable now in Houston consulate. You can use their express or rush service for processing of both your wife's passport and your visa to China if time is limited.
