About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

please, i am doing my language studies here in Russia, but i want to move to china by next session for Aeronautical Engineering , can i get my student visa here in Russia? or i must go back to my home country Ghana to apply for student visa.

You can try to submit your visa application to Chinese embassy or consulate in Russia where you study. For a China student visa, you need to provide a visa notice, Form JW201 or JW202 from a college in China.
