About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

can I get double entry visa's at the chinese embassy in dublin if living in Northern Ireland and holding british passports?
Their e-mail address quoted above is not working.

Mrs.Lyttle, you are required to submit your visa application to Consulate General of China in Edinburgh if you are not residing or working in Ireland.
