About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

Dear Madam/Sir
In the requirements for business visa it says that the invitation letter should be from
"Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" could you please tell me what exactly that means? I am working with a factory in china and they will send me an invitation would that be enough or should they get an authorization from an government agency?
