Where do I find the AirAsia airport shuttle bus at Hangzhou Airport? Where do i book it, do they speak any english? Thank you for any help.

You may go to the north side of the No. 5 gate of the arrival hall, Terminal Building 1 for a look. If not, you may ask the airport staff for help who can speak English.
