We hope to travel to Beijing January/February to tour before we join up with a cruise out of Hong Kong. Could anyone tell me what it would cost (approximately) to fly from Beijing to HongKong? Or even from Shanghai to HongKong? Also, what is the weather like in Beijing/Shanghai at the end of January, beginning of February? Thanks!

Firstly, I can tell the weather. It is very cold at that time, both in Beijing and Shanghai, wearing sweater heavy over coat. Beijing to Hongkong, the air ticket cost around 1200 yuan. China Eastern Airlines had cheaper ones. Shanghai is more or less the same.
