About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

What does it mean by "information page"? Tourist Visa (L) 1. A valid passport as well as a copy of its information page.

It means that you need to make photocopy of the pages of your passport which has information, you don't need to make photocopy of the blank pages of your passport.
