About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Hi!
I was wondering if this card can only be use in some certain area?
Is there any public transport card we can use in all areas in China?
We plan to travel from Hang Zhou, Su Zhou, Shanghai, and Nanjing.

It can be used when tour to Shanghai(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/shanghai.htm) and Suzhou, some taxis in Hangzhou. It is not acceptable in Nanjing. There is no such a card that can be used in all areas in China currently.
