What is the weather like in Beijing on Mar 13-16?

i'm going to Beijing on march 13-16..could anyone tell me bout the weather on that time? and can we use blackberry to go online while in Beijing? thank you so much :)

Beijing Weather(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/beijing.htm) is still a little cold, especially at night during March with a temperature of about 0~12C. You need to wear warm winter clothes. You can use blackberry to go online while in Beijing.

But may I know what kind of sim card that I have to use for reactive my blackberry in beijing? Can we open twitter or facebook in beijing?
