About:Harbin Ice Festival

Would it be worth the effort to go between 13-16 december for Harbin Ice and Snow Festival?

I'm afraid the activities, ice sculptures and snow arts would haven't bee open to the public and some may have not been finished. So you may have no luck to enjoy the ice festival during that time. However, there are still some good scenic spots worth your time such as Central Street, Siberian Tiger Park, Polarland and St. Sophia Church. Also you can enjoy snowfalling.
