I am(age 66 years old) going to Chengdu on 10.1.2011to 18.1.2011. I am told during this period the weather there is very cold. What are the top five things I am to take care., especially relating to health.Can I get cold and flu easily during this time. What are the things I should do to prevent cold and flu. Can I buy warm cloth there?Please advise me quickly. Thank you.
