i visited the website of Harbin Institute of Technology to see the Application Procedure but i didn't find anyting, can you guide me please to know where i must seek.
another thing if I send my documents just in email box they will check my application or i must send my doc by poste office (normal email).
for ex in the website of HUAZHONG UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, I found the Required Documents, and in the application form they demand the Applicant’s signature,then i understood than I must send my documents by poste office, is it true ?
