Hello my family and I are travelling to Shanghai on the first week of May, do you know of good stores to buy electronics, rubber shoes and inexpensive souvenir items? thanks

Electronics in the Pacific in Xujiahui, rubber shoes can be found in stores underground xujiahui subway station and malls nearby. With souvenir items, I think the best place should be the stores arouond  Yuyuan Garden, shanghai(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/shanghai/yuyuan_garden.htm) and City God Temple .
