hello i can't know the order of steps to get scholatship, i read in a website that i can just send my docs of scholarship and select the 3 universities and if they accept my demand of scholarship they will do admission to me in one university  between the 3 universities.tell me is it truththank you.

If you want apply for scholaeship, you should send your application to the local China Embassy and you are right that you will choose 3 universities, and you will get an admission to one university finally.
