About:Embassy & Consulates of Mongolia in China

Dear Mr Ambassador,
I am Marcelino Mendoza, an engineer from the Philippines. My wife and i plan to ride the trans Mongolian Rail from Beijing to Irkutsk and to stop for five days in Ulan Bator. However, there is no Mongolian Embassy in the Philippines. Can you confirm that there is a visa exemption for citizens of the Philippines, for those staying in Mongolia for less than 21 days ?
