About:China Embassy in Thailand

I live and work in Thailand and hold a valid work permit. I would like to go to Shenzhen for a day or 2. I will fly to HK and then take the train to Shenzhen. Can you please let me know what my visa requirements are for Shenzhen? For HK I know I dont need a visa.

You need to apply for a visa to China in advance from Chinese embassy in Thailand where you work and reside. Provide your work visa in Thailand, passport, photo, application form for China, the evidence of your financial capability of covering the traveling expenses, the air, train tickets to HK and Shenzhen, and the return ticket.
