As for i know that both Pakistan and china are exempted each other visa fee if you have invitation letter from some Chinese resident and directly want to apply in Chinese embassy Islamabad but if u wanna apply through some type of travel agency they cost you between 20000-30000/Rs for one month of tourist visa.
