About:Empress Dowager Cixi

I have read, in Hebrew translation, the book "The last emperor", in which the Emperor's brother is said to have had married a Japanese princess of the Royal House. This princess published after the end of WWII her biography that went by the title "A wandering Princess".
I have been looking fervently for this book, but to no avail. I could not get it in bookshops neither in Beijing, nor in Shanghai, nor in Hong-Kong, nor in London.
Moreover, I even could not trace it in any list of known publishing houses.
Does anybody know about it?
I should appreciate any information that may lead me to get it.

I know this publishing house has once published this book, 北京十月文艺出版社, the address is 19 Xisanhuan Zhonglu (西三环中路). The book is not easy to find now, even at online bookstores. This one I mentioned is absolutely Chinese Version.
