Hello,How can I get a big taxi (or MPV taxi) or a bus that transport me with big families (i.e. Myself and wife  with 4 children) from Charms hotel to Pudong airport. Our trip will be during daytime. I would like various taxi company telephone number with staff who talk in good English and the fees that they normally charge for that distance.Many thanks.

You can ask for the hotel to help you rent a cab. As I know, the hotel provide car service. You can cantact with them to ask about it.
