Hello,I will be going to Xian with 2 other classmates in early january for about a week and wanted to know where the best place is to stay in Xian since it will be our first visit there. Maybe a hotel which is convenient for transportation and location for college students and where the excitement is, and of course an a reasonable price. Thanks!

The Bell&Drum Tower/City Center area is of course the best place to stay in Xian, but most Xian hotels there are expensive. You may try some inn hotels in Xian, like Home Inn at Juhuayuan, East Street.
