Hi, I am traveling with my 7 yr old son from Vancouver to Delhi on Jan 25,2011 with a 23 hr Stop over in Shanghai, Wanted to know a few things:-1) Are we required to recaheck the bagagge from Shanghai to Delhi2) What kind of hotel is provided for the stay? (Any Particular name so that i can search on the net)3) what kind of meals are available during the stay.

If you hold a through ticket of the flight, you will have no need to recheck your luggage at Pudong airport. If not, you will need to recheck it. If you hold valid passports, visas for the onward countries, final destination tickets and have booked seats, you can go out of the airport to find a suitable hotel in Shanghai, such as Shanghai Sina Hotel (former Pudong Airport Duoladuo Business Hotel) . You can find various kind of foot in the airport, including fastfood, Chinese dish, western dish and other oriential dish.
