Dear sir,I plan to travel to beijing at the end December 2010 for 5-7 days. Unfortunately i stay in Padang and will be difficult for me to go to Jakarta cause of work to apply visa.Will it be possible to apply visa by email? what should i provide in a way to get it. Thans alot in advance.Silvia

You can't apply for visa by email, you need to submit visa application to Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Jakarta(CVASC in Jakarta), if you can't come to Jakarta, you can ask someone else (eg your friend, relatives, visa agency, travel agency) to submit visa application on your behalf. Mailed application is not accepted by CVASC in Jakarta, either. In addition, you can read information about Beijing Tours(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/beijing.htm) as a reference
