The taxi fare is about CNY90-110 from the airport to the hotel. Well, the hotel is near to Hangzhou Railway Station, you can also the the airport to the train station and then walk to the hotel. You may bargain the price with the taxi driver.

Walk about 5 minutes from the hotel to Hangzhou Railway STation. You can take bullet train there to Shanghai Hongqiao train station. The train ticket fare is CNY131 for first class seat, CNY82 for second class seat. You can find this through the list of Hangzhou Train Ticket(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/hangzhou-schedule.htm) . It is ok for you to buy it on your leaving day, but better buy it in advance if you have time.

Taxi fare would be about CNY60 from Hongqiao train station to the Salvo Hotel which is near to Nanjing Lu. You'd better ask for the driver to charge it by meter. You can also take subway line 2 from the train station to People's Square, then walk about 500m to the hotel.
Shanghai Weather(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/shanghai.htm) in late Feb is still a little cold with an temperature of about 2~8C, while Weather in Hangzhou(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/hangzhou.htm) is a little warmer than Shanghai. High temperature may be above 10C. Well, you need to wear warm clothes in the two cities during that time.

Taxi's in Shanghai are very good, and I ride them regularily without a problem. The are many companies,If you can take a Da Zhong Taxi(light blue), they are generally the the best. Also each driver has a name plate with a star rating. (the more stars the better.)
