About:Chinese Embassy in Israel

2 URGENT questions:
1) If i am in TelAviv on a Thursday night, and want to go to China suddenly early next week - is there any way that i can apply for my visa at thie China Embassy in Tel Aviv ON A FRIDAY - and request a "rushed" visa??

2) I have heard tghat in some situations a person can fly into BeiJing without a visa, but wait in a line at the BEIJING Airport (in thge Transit/Transfer area i guess??) and apply for a tourist Visa "L"-class on the spot... having NOT applied anywhere be3fore that moment already in BEIJING!
(a) Is this true or false?
(b) If true, is the VIsa being granted virtually guaranteed (obviously with apassport with atleqast a years more validity, and enough funds to cover all costs associated with a short tourist stay) - will i definitely/almost defitely get the Visa "L"?
(c) HOw long would the process probably take in the quueue, and how long at the desk to get the stamp once I am being served with my Application?

Thank you so much!

1) If the embassy provide Rush Service of 1 working day, you can submit visa application on Friday and pick it up on the same day.

2) It is very hard to get a China Visa on Arrival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/service.htm) in Beijing Airport(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/beijing/capital-airport.htm) if you read the China visa on arrival, you will know that applicants can get it under special conditions.
