The China Visa Application by post is not accepted by China embassy in Moscow, you can go to the China embassy in person. If you cannot come in person, you may entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent to drop off your application at the visa office of the Embassy. The fee is 1800 Rupees in total for 1 working day processing for single entry tourist visa.

Thanks Ms.Elliott for your reply,

So it does means that i can just ask the travel agency here in Volgograd to send for me all my document to the China Embassy in Moscow and that is fine right in case if i cant go in person.

What document do i need to provide to China Embassy if i would like to process a tourist visa?? Tourist visa is more easier to proceed or visiting visa?? Should i ask my girlfriend to write an invitation letter for me and if so can you tell me how is the format to write an invitation letter?
Do China Embassy in Moscow working from 1st of January till 10th of January??
Thanks

Yes, you can just ask the travel agency in Volgograd to submit the application to China embassy in Moscow and you don't need to appear in the embassy. Tourist visa is easier to proceed than a visit visa, you can provide the below documents for China tourist visa:
1. Your valid passport
2. one completed Visa Application Form of P.R. China
3. one recent color passport photo
4. two-way flight tickets and hotel reservation in China
5. original and copy of your Russia Residence Permit or Study Permit

The China embassy in Moscow will closed Jan 1 -3, 2010 for New Year's Day.

The invitation letter is not necessary if you can provide hotel reservation and round trip air ticket when you apply for a tourist visa to China. Or, you can book a tour to China(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/tour/default.htm) , the China travel service(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/) will send you an invitation letter for application (in this case, hotel reservation and air tickets are not necessary).
