Hi, I bought a ticket through a travel agency. I've already used the ticket and departed to China. The thing is I want to rebook my ticket to a week earlier. I've asked the travel agency if they could rebook for me, but they declined. Of course, I am going to pay the rebook fee. Could China Southern Airline help me with the problem?
